Quorum does not require any specialized technical or software knowledge. Anyone who has a good grasp of the Windows and MS Office environments, can easily be trained to use Quorum.

Yes, after we deploy the software in your office, we provide extensive training to your users either remotely through GoToWebinar, or on-site at your premises if this is preferred. We also provide access to our extensive online -E-Learning platform where you can revisit trainings and test your knowledge. After the training is completed, we continue to provide you with telephone, live chat and email support.

We provide support in many ways. Your first support option is the Quorum Support Portal that is embedded within the software and contains hundreds of support articles. These are constantly being updated and expanded. If this does not cover your enquiry, you can contact us by live chat, email or phone and one of our support staff will be able to provide the answer. A third level of support is for our support or technical staff to connect to your computer remotely and assist you to resolve your issue. 

Yes, Quorum is a web enabled software and can be accessed from anywhere where there is an internet connection. All you need is to have the Quorum installed on your laptop and you can connect to your office server. Note that this has to be enabled by your IT administrator for security purposes.

Quorum is updated typically every couple of weeks. We do not have major releases every couple of years as many 'old school' software houses do, which are often very stressful and disruptive for the client. Instead we are constantly udating and imrpoving the software with continious small incemental improvements based on the demands of our clients and the needs of the industry. This way, we can respond immediately to changes and clients can benefit from new features or improvements quicker and require minimal time to absorb each small addition or alteration. 

Quorum is updated automatically over the internet, in the same way that anti-virus software update themselves. You will be notified of any updates but you don’t need to do anything, Quorum updates itself. You can opt to have updates installed manually.

Yes, provided that they have internet access they can be connecting to your local server with excellent performance due to the small bandwidth requirement of the system. Through the access rights management you can even control which companies they can have access to.

Yes, Quorum works seamlessly with MS Office. You can create, modify or simply access documents either through Quorum or MS Office. Install our MS Office add-ins and open, save or modify documents from any of the MS Office programs, directly into Quorum with one simple click. You can also add, open, edit, view, save locally and send via Microsoft Outlook any electronically stored documents within Quorum, without having to initialize Microsoft Office. 

Integration with other systems such as accounting packages and CRM's is offered. Quorum is currently integrated with a number of popular packages and are continually expanding the number of softwares we 'talk' to.
