Remote Support and Training is conducted via TeamViewer and GoToWebinar respetively, which are industry leading remote access software that work over the internet. TeamViewer connects to any PC or server around the world within a few seconds and enables users to remotely control or view each others PC as if they were sitting right in front of it.
Using TeamViewer 7 for Support, Trouble Shooting and Training.

A date and time will be arranged if the support is of a technical nature. If it is user type support, we can connect at the same moment.

You will have to have TeamViewer Version 7 installed on your PC in order to initiate the session.

You will also need to have a conference telephone near you, for VoIP telephoning via TeamViewer or local calling, or headphones and speaker installed on your computer. This is necessary so you can interact with our support person by voice during the session.

Once you run TeamViewer on your PC, you will be prompeted with an ID and Password, which you need to give to our support person so he can use it to access your server or PC.

Our support person will access your server or PC and conduct the requested trouble shooting or demonstration which you have requested. If you are an international client, we will call you directly at your office, or we will help you set up the VoIP

Once we complete the session, we will disconnect from your PC or Server.
Installing TeamViewer

Click on the TeamViewer logo below to begin downloading TeamViewer. If you are using a Mac, please visit the Teamviewer home page and download it directly from there.

Once the software has been downloaded to your computer, you will be prompted to save the file and run it.

When you run the software, TeamViewer will prompt you with your ID, which you need to give our support staff to connect to you.
